These five EVs will use Mahindra's electric-vehicle-specific INGLO architecture. The brand also announced its new EV division - BE (Born Electric). Under this new subsidiary, Mahindra will offer the BE.05, BE.07, and BE.09 electric SUVs. On the other hand, the XUV.e7 and XUV.e9 will fall under a distinctive lineup of EVs.

We are very thankful to the Govt. of Maharashtra for their continued support. The Government's focus on 'ease-of-doing-business' and progressive policies, together with Mahindra's investment, will act as a catalyst for Maharashtra to become India's EV hub, attracting further Indian and Foreign Direct Investment."
