Simple One electric scooter India launch on 23 May; What should you expect?

Simple Energy will launch its all-electric One scooter in India on May 23, 2023. A picture that could have taken inside the manufacturing plant suggests the electric scooter is ready for deliveries soon after its launch. Since this launch has been set after a two-year gap of last price announcement, the Bangalore-based EV start-up has claimed that it spent these years developing the e-scooter to ensure the safety of its battery pack. As a result, the electric scooter complies with the revised Automotive Industry Standards (AIS) 156, which were introduced by the Government of India in response to numerous complaints along with videos and photos of two-wheeler EVs catching fire.
